We are pioneer in the field of manufacturing packaging Films. We are into manufacture of specialty packaging films for more than 3 decades now. We commenced our business activity in the Year 1970 with manufacturing of Rigid PVC Films and in 1990 we achieved pioneering development & introduced food grade PVC Twist Films for confectionery as an alternate to Cellophane. Subsequently to PVC Twist Films, we entered the market with import substitute Calendar Cast PVC Shrink Films in the year 2008 and from 2014-15 we started manufacturing PET Shrink Films for shrink sleeve labels.
As of today, we are one of the largest manufacturer-supplier-exporter from Asia, accredited with ISO9001-2015 certification. With our outstanding continuous export performance, Government of India awarded us a status of one star export house. At present, our monthly production capacity for various products we have to offer is - Calendar PVC Shrink Films – 1200 MT; PET Shrink Films – 500 MT and PVC Twist Films / Rigid PVC Films – 1000 MT.
Our Calendar PVC Shrink Films and PET Shrink Films for shrink sleeve labels comply to European Regulation – EC-10/2011 and is used by leading converters / printers in domestic market and as well, in different export markets.
And, our Rigid PVC Films for pharma blisters meets US FDA 21 CFR 177.1975 – Residual VCM and is used by renowned manufacturers of multi layer pharma laminate blisters / flexible packaging converters ~ printers. This variety of our specialized Rigid PVC Film in 15 Micron thickness is used for Child Resistant [CR Foil] blister laminate and in 60 Micron & above thickness film is used with Aluminum Foil & other substrate for Cold blister forming for pharmaceuticals.
Moreover, our PVC twist wrap films are certified non toxic food grade as per SGS Test Report complying to EU Regulations – EC-10/2011; also, certified food-grade by Central Food & Technical Research Institute Mysore (India) under global migration / BIS standard and by Belgium packaging institute under European norms. It has wide acceptance in confectionery industry & by leading flexible packaging converters / printers.
We identify that novel packaging helps to sell products. To meet this need, we manufacture & introduce shrink-label films. The usage of this fast-growing technology (shrink label films) is ideal for launching new or redesigned products by end-users. This cast shrinks PVC films & PET Shrink Films meets the market need for - for full-body sleeves, shrink sleeves and tamper-evident bands; for wraparound, pressure-sensitive, and roll-on shrink-on labels; and for shrink-wrap multi-packs packaging. And provides following advantages: - excellent product presentation - low heat required during packing - good shrinking using small or big heat tunnel - high clarity - very good lay-flat properties - excellent shrinkage control.
