The characteristics of our food grade, non toxic PVC films:

Static Free : Generaly all polymers exhibit surface static charge development during any conversion process and PVC has the maximum effect. Our films are devoid of this static behaviour and so are processable at high speeds without generation of static charge.

Twist Retention : Excellent on machines with speeds as high as 2300 candies per minute. The original twist is retained during packing the product and also during rough movements in transit.

Strength : High tensile and tear strength to withstand toughest handling on any twist wrap machines.

High Speed : Can twist upto 2300 pieces per minute

Cold Twist : NO HOT AIR or any other heating arrangement required at the time of twisting. It is a Cold Twist film saves cost of heating and cooling energy.

Cost : Most inexpensive as compared to cellophane, Bopp, Polyester or other films and has aesthetic appeal.

Printability : Easy to print on Gravure and Flexo Machines without any surface treatment.

Thickness : 20 to 35 microns or any other required thickness on request. Width : Upto 1200 mm.

Printed PVC Films : Multi-colour printing facility available on customer demand to users who do not have near by access to Printers / Converters - Thus providing one-stop-solution to customers.
